Appearance and Clothes

How important is your appearance? No doubt, different people would answer this question differently. Some of them are tall and slender, others- short and plump, some people have red hair and blue eyes, others – black hair and hazel eyes. But I’m sure that everybody wants to be attractive. A famous proverb says: “Clothes do not make a man”, but I think that appearance and clothes play an important role in our life.

      To be attractive you must pay attention to your look, your hair-cut or hair-do, and, of course, to your clothes. When you buy clothes, try them on; make sure that they are your size, that they suit you well and that you like their colour. Besides, try to be an interesting person. For interesting people have interesting faces, and interesting faces are almost always attractive.    

     Speaking of appearance, I’d like to describe my best friend Maria. She is a tall slender 12 year old girl with fair hair, blue eyes, straight nose, full lips and pink cheeks. Maria is a pretty girl with a kind and sincere smile. But most of all I like her inner beauty which is as attractive as her appearance.
