Hobbies and leisure activities differ like tastes. As for me, I’m fond of drawing and singing and I always spend free time on my hobbies with great pleasure. If you have chosen a hobby to your liking, you are lucky because your life becomes more interesting.

  Traditional hobbies include collecting things like coins, stamps, postcards, books, toys, and many others. By the way, I also have a small collection of stickers. Making things is another popular kind of hobby, for example, knitting or sewing.

  And I’d like to mention that many people have sports as their hobby. Sports helps people to stay in good shape, keeps them fit, healthy and makes them more organized and better disciplined in their daily activities.

  Different sports and games are popular with my classmates. Girls mostly go in for gymnastics or skating, boys prefer football and basketball. Sport is, no doubt, an essential part of our school life. There are many sport teams at our school and different kinds of competitions take place there. Besides, most schoolchildren, including me, like swimming or cycling during their summer holidays and enjoy skiing, skating and sledging in winter.
